員警昨晚緊跟况姓騎士（32歲）機車後面，由於况男未開大燈，行車不安全，於是上前攔檢提醒，結果後座乘客黃姓男子（59歲）趁勢將1包安非他命以右手甩在路邊地上，這舉動全被後方的員警發現，2人下車接受盤檢。
剛開始，2人還繳出手機、打火機等物品企圖聲東擊西，員警接著在況男的左胸口袋起出另1包安非他命，2人的尿液也呈陽性反應，讓他們啞口無言，訊後依毒品罪嫌送辦。
