〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕桃園市胡姓男子6日清晨5點多，騎著偷來的機車，搶奪早起運動的葉姓老翁隨身背包，八德警方獲報後追查，今天循線逮人時，胡男還抱怨，老翁隨身背包裡，只有水壺、帽子、雨傘與一枝筆，根本不值錢。
警方說，胡男（38歲）發現八德區和平路一處營區外有輛機車從4日中午開始停放，就起歹念趁夜深人靜時先偷騎走機車，6日清晨5點多，再挑中早起運動的葉姓老翁，騎機車從後方靠近老翁後強搶老翁的隨身背包，還害得老翁失去平衡摔跤受傷。
警方循線追查，先確認胡男騎乘的機車是偷來的，再擴大調閱監視器，鎖定胡男在中壢區新中北路一帶現身，就派員前往埋伏，順利逮獲胡男，已將他依搶奪、竊盜罪嫌送辦。
