〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕桃園市八德區大勇國小5位學生下午1點多誤食漂白水後，或因腹痛嘔吐、或因噁心想吐，緊急被送往醫院治療觀察，還好5人意識清楚、生命徵象穩定，並無大礙。教育局指出，同班的1位學生誤會所有學生都用過午餐，就將漂白水倒入菜餚中，導致5人誤食。
桃園市政府消防局下午1點18分獲報，指大勇國小有4男1女共5名分別11、12歲的學生，因身體不適急需送醫。
消防局緊急派遣救護車，將學生們送往衛生福利部桃園醫院治療，已無大礙，消防隊員說，學生們的意識都清楚，或是腹痛嘔吐、或是噁心想吐，應該因為誤食了漂白水導致身體不適。
教育局指出，初步調查並非營養午餐出問題，而是一位學生誤以為所有學生都吃完飯了，才出於好玩，將漂白水倒入咖哩菜餚內，導致較晚用餐的5位學生，舀了攙漂白水的咖哩菜餚食用，而出現腹痛等不適症狀。
