〔記者周敏鴻/桃園報導〕桃園市龜山區福容大飯店A8館麗會所健身房教練林威名,教導「年假甩油3招」,讓民眾在家中就能進行弓箭步、深蹲、U型舉腿等運動,燃燒因為吃多、久坐而囤積的腰部與臀部肥肉脂肪。

林威名說,農曆春節期間,民眾可能大魚大肉吃得比平常油膩、累積不少脂肪,緊接著而來又是元宵節,若再放縱口慾不運動,將來恐怕連站上體重計的勇氣都沒有了。

林威名建議民眾每天花半個小時到1個小時,進行「年假甩油3招」適度運動來甩油,他說,第一招是弓箭步,只要前腳彎曲、後腳打直,反覆坐下蹲起身的動作,就能啟動燃脂、拉開緊繃的筋肉,也為後續難度較高的運動暖身。

第二招是深蹲3分鐘,林威名說,民眾進行深蹲時,雙腳打開到與肩同寬,再以上半身挺直姿勢,讓髖關節往後推下蹲、直蹲到小腿跟大腿約成直角後才起身,過程中須注意膝蓋不內旋,才不會因長時間深蹲而磨損關節。

林威名說,第三招是U型舉腿,民眾躺在瑜珈墊上,雙手撐地曲肘支撐上半身,腹部收緊,雙腳曲腿靠近腹部再伸直,過程就像用膝蓋畫一個英文字母U。用力的過程中,切記用腹部力量、別只用手撐,才能有效消滅小腹肥肉。
