後巷整治美侖美奐桃市建管處：不容違章建築重建

桃園市政府建築管理處13日表示，為改善居家生活環境，桃園市政府極力推動汙水下水道接管工程，凡是已完成汙水下水道後巷接管工程者，建管處將全數列管，不容許違建重建。

市府建管處表示，水務局完成後巷污水下水道接管工程之後，不但改善了居住環境的衛生，也提昇了市容美化的效果，若有民眾將違章建築重新蓋回去的情形發生，將一律以施工中的違建（A0）查報，除依法移送法辦之外，亦將優先排拆。

建管處強調，不容市府辛苦整治的成果受到違建的破壞；希望市民共同維持後巷環境美化，切勿違法重建。
