［記者鄭淑婷／桃園報導］桃園市兩名20歲、21歲的男子，2016年7月間兩人尚未滿18歲時，在詐騙集團旗下擔任車手，負責假冒「檢察官」身分，南下到苗栗縣向溫姓男子詐得150萬元，當天即北返交付贓款並取得1萬5000元報酬，事後被警方逮捕且溫男向兩人及兩人父母連帶求償，桃園地院法官指出，兩人犯案時均尚未成年，判決兩人及父母須連帶賠償被害人150萬元。
其中一名車手辯稱，自己不知友人要南下苗栗取詐騙款項，他只陪同前往，並沒有參與詐騙集團工作，而其父母也稱，不能因為孩子與友人一起南下，就說他是詐騙集團的幫助犯；不過，另名車手證稱，對方知道他在做詐騙，當天也是陪同他「壯膽」，一起南下取贓款，因此法官認定兩人都有涉案。
