〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕桃園市吳姓婦人是古姓女子的前婆婆，她2月間發訊息「啦傻鬼（髒鬼）」、「隨便跟男人生孩子…妳比畜生還不如」、「畜生還錢」給古女，挨告妨害名譽，桃園地檢署調查認為，吳婦傳訊息卻未散布於眾，已予她不起訴處分。
古女指控，2月3日晚間起，吳婦就頻繁傳簡訊罵她，內容寫道：「欠錢還錢，欠錢過年，年頭衰到底」「妳比畜牲還不如…」。
古女認為吳婦已涉嫌公然侮辱等罪嫌，對吳婦提告，檢方說，吳婦傳送簡訊罵古女，並沒有散布於眾的意圖，不符合公然侮辱與誹謗罪的構成要件，已予吳婦涉嫌妨害名譽案件不起訴處分。
