西區門戶計畫是台北市長柯文哲、前副市長林欽榮所推的大規模都市計畫、都市更新調整，主要以國定古蹟北門「承恩門」為中心，範圍包括台北車站、北門郵局、鐵道部等，隨著桃園機場捷運開通，讓台北車站周邊成為「國家門戶」。
柯文哲在二○一六年二月拆除忠孝橋引道，讓鄰近的北門古蹟得以重見天日，隨後更拆除台北市議會舊址，也拆除國光西站，將其開闢為行旅廣場、打造北門廣場、歷史建築三井倉庫遷移等，去年完成第一階段計畫。
市府二階段計畫，包括鄰近市民大道、延平北路口，土地面積約三．一公頃的台北車站特定專用區C1、D1「台北雙子星開發案」、北門郵局公辦都更、市議會舊址地上權案等開發案。（記者楊心慧）
