〔記者鄭淑婷／桃園報導〕24歲宋姓男子去年3月間，在桃園市平鎮區住處，以鞭炮塞進塑膠容器中並插入引信，製造了2個爆裂物，沒幾天就被平鎮警分局查獲，宋男坦承製造，桃園地檢署檢察官偵結依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例罪起訴。
起訴指出，宋男行為涉嫌違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例第7條第1項未經許可製造爆裂物罪嫌起訴，依法可處無期徒刑或7年以上有期徒刑，因此，宋男恐得吃7年以上牢飯。
