〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕大家都知道機車不能行駛快車道，但若沒有標示，又該如何判定呢？臉書社團「台灣機車路權促進會」轉貼一則影片，一名騎士被警察糾正不能騎快車道，但該路段並沒有寫禁行機車，讓該騎士相當困惑。
「台灣機車路權促進會」影片中，警察對一名騎士說，你知不知道機車不能騎快車道，騎士說沒有寫禁行機車，警察則強調：「還是不能騎，懂嗎？不是因為它有沒有寫，懂嗎？」轉貼影片的「台灣機車路權促進會」則說「這位警察大哥，你該重新上課了，不懂法規就別沒事找事做」。
《蘋果日報》報導，桃園市平鎮警分局表示，該說法不正確，該路段同向2車道未劃分快慢車道，且沒有「禁行機車」字樣，因此機車可以行駛。分局指出，當時分局警員至八德轄區送公文，途中是基於善意上前勸說。
