羅女指控，李男偷拍的時間是在2016年11月間到今年2月間，兩人在桃園市蘆竹區房間發生性關係時，李男將機車用行車紀錄器藏在房間某處，偷拍她的裸體畫面及私人活動，後來兩人分手李男卻不放手，不停騷擾還傳「下地獄」簡訊給她，她擔心人身安全因此決定報警處理。
