〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕陳李姓老婦17日上午7點多騎機車行經桃園市龜山區萬壽路時，與同向方姓老翁駕駛的休旅車碰撞，陳李姓老婦摔車受傷，幸無大礙。路人看到車禍後第一時間方姓老翁並未停車，還誤會他涉嫌肇事逃逸，警方說，老翁將車停放在前方路旁，就回頭關心老婦傷勢，並未肇事逃逸。
當天上午7點多，陳李姓老婦（68歲）騎車行經龜山區萬壽路、振興路口時，不慎與同向的休旅車碰撞後摔倒，消防隊員趕來將她送醫，發現她右膝、左腳踝都有擦傷，幸無大礙。
因休旅車的駕駛方姓老翁第一時間並未停車，而是緩緩往前開，引起路人質疑他是否涉嫌肇事逃逸，警方說，因該處路口交通流量大，老翁不敢停在原地，才會緩緩前開並停靠在前方路旁後，再步行返回關心老婦，並等到警方前來，並沒涉嫌肇事逃逸，至於肇事責任還要進一步釐清。
