〔記者周敏鴻／桃園報導〕前味全食品董事長魏應充因混油牟利被依詐欺罪判處2年徒刑，目前在桃園市八德外役監獄服刑，因刑期執行超過6成，他辦理假釋，今天被矯正署以「社會觀感不佳」為由駁回。
魏應充去年7月28日發監執行，去年12月間從台北監獄移監到八德外役監獄，因外役監獄表現良好可縮短刑期，換算魏應充的刑期執行率已超過6成，所以他辦理假釋，並於8月初通過獄方審查委員會初審後，報請法務部矯正署複審。
矯正署副署長黃建裕說，矯正署假釋審查科討論後，今天以社會觀感不佳、有再行考核的必要為由，駁回魏應充辦理假釋案件。
未來魏應充若要再辦理假釋，必須與上一次辦理距離4個月，矯正署人員說，魏應充仍有頂新油品案在法院審理中，今年4月間二審已判刑15年，一旦判決確定，他仍需服刑。
