安親班女老師陳琪瑄墜橋命案，全案裁定再審，嫌犯王淇政下午離開八德外役監。（記者謝武雄攝）
［記者謝武雄／桃園報導］發生在2002年的安親班女老師陳琪瑄后豐大橋墜橋命案，王淇政被判刑15年，監委介入調查後，要求司法機關重審本案，王淇政今天下午3點53分離開八德外役監；典獄長楊方彥表示，王淇政於99年12月29日到台中監獄服刑，105年6月14日到八德外役監，在監期間獲得7項比賽獎狀，如果沒有監委介入調查，預估今年也會報假釋出獄。
楊方彥說，監察委員接獲王淇政陳情後，曾到八德外役監接見王淇政了解案情，也認為還有一些疑點待釐清，最高法院今天裁定全案再審，要求台中高分院重新審理，並要求監獄釋放王淇政，獄方下午接到釋票，王淇政辦理相關手續後，於下午3點53分離開八德外獄監。
楊方彥說，王淇政在八德外役監一年多，表現很正常，在監期間拿下花燈、醒獅、戒菸、才藝等7項比賽獎狀，目前在麥芽膏技訓場工作，配合度很好。
