據了解，重機疑似因為搶快，還未打出方向燈就要轉進文林路，導致汽車閃避不及，但警方表示肇事責任還有待釐清，其中重機駕駛47歲的巫姓男子，手腳骨折，乘坐巫男後座13歲的小女兒，左腳踝則有骨折情況，其餘包括汽車駕駛在內都僅受擦撞的輕傷，並無大礙。
