〔記者楊國文／台北報導〕桃園航空城總經理許又銘之子許育呈酒駕，將樂團主唱林庭楷撞成重傷，後座女友蔡喬亘當場死亡，許肇事後逃離現場。一審以許男認罪、許家以1300萬元賠償和解，將酒駕致死、肇逃罪減刑輕判2年徒刑；但高等法院痛批許男犯罪情節重大，已接近「未必故意殺人」，屬「明知故犯的惡質性犯罪」，昨將許酒駕致死罪重判4年6月。
高院承辦法官吳秋宏指出，「人命的寶貴並非金錢所能價購」、「酒駕致死犯行還有比許男更嚴重的嗎？」酒駕致死罪法定刑是3年以上、10年以下，改判4年半相當合理。
23歲許育呈去年11月29日凌晨，至少喝5瓶啤酒，卻在台北市士林區中正、文林路口，以超過70公里時速撞上停等紅燈的雙載機車林男、蔡女，造成1死1傷後逃逸，所幸被見義勇為機車騎士攔下，許男酒測值達0.71毫克。
