19日清晨6點在士林區中正路上發生1起休旅車酒駕自撞案件，員警到場後駕駛自行從休旅車爬出沒有受傷，員警趕到後對他進行酒測，酒測值高達0.8MG／L，而該名駕駛竟是14年前開槍殺死債主十大槍擊要犯第四名的嫌犯鍾興陽，訊後被員警依公共危險罪嫌移送。
曾是十大槍擊要犯位居第4名的蕭胤瑀，在2004年2月時前往台北市內湖區1間豪宅向友人鍾興陽討取310萬的賭債，不料在爭執中被鍾嫌持槍擊斃，在事發後鍾嫌被士林地院依殺人罪嫌、違反槍砲彈藥判處15年有期徒刑。
一直到2015年時鍾嫌才假釋出獄，沒想到19日清晨6點時在士林區酒駕自撞燈桿，酒測後酒測值高達0.8MG／L，被警方依公共危險罪嫌移送地檢署，由於鍾嫌目前仍在殺人罪、違反槍砲彈藥假釋在案管束其中，這次恐怕會因為公共危險罪被撤銷假釋關回監獄。
