警方調查，53歲陸嫌本月3日以觀光名義來台，住在大同區廉價旅館，到知名觀光夜市士林夜市尋找犯案目標，偷走日籍遊客客片野先生皮夾，隨即盜刷信用卡購買2台iPhone7 plus手機、3條金項鍊。同個扒竊集團高姓男子10日來台，都以外籍觀光客為下手對象。
警方昨天至陸嫌住處，查獲手機和金項鍊，還有新台幣1萬9千多元，日幣11萬7千元元。全案依竊盜、偽造為書、詐欺等罪嫌將兩人移送士林地檢署，並將持續清查2人有無涉及其他案件。
