台北市中正區健康服務中心連續第9年舉辦「長者活躍老化競賽」，今年共有6隊、250名長輩報名參加，其中還有百歲人瑞與大家一起運動。而每個人臉上都充滿笑容，展現訓練多時的舞蹈技巧，透過競賽讓身體更健康、心情更愉悅。
罹患帕金森氏症10年、失智症8年的梁伯伯，身旁的梁太太是他生活中最大的支柱，上台表演前，細心的幫他整裝、戴好氣球帽，這也是梁伯伯最開心的時光。
中正區健康服務中心連續第9年舉辦「長者活躍老化競賽」，邀請轄區內的6支隊伍報名，總共250名長輩參與，他們個個精神抖擻，還有百歲人瑞參賽。另外包括立委林昶佐、市議員吳志剛都親臨會場，為老人家加油打氣。
參賽的長輩，許多人都是來自社區發展中心、關懷據點和日照中心，雖然很多人身體狀況不太好，但只要能與大家一起動動身體就很開心，主辦單位也希望這些長輩，能夠藉由競賽活動筋骨，讓身體更勇健、晚年更幸福。
