〔記者陳薏云／新北報導〕今清晨5時許，一名33歲郭姓男子酒後駕車，行經新北市新店區中正路263巷口時，撞上正在過馬路的82歲廖姓老翁，廖姓老翁當場失去呼吸心跳，送往耕莘醫院急救於8時許宣告不治，警方替郭男酒測，酒測值高達0.76，目前已在問訊，將朝公共危險及肇事過失致死罪嫌偵辦。
據了解，郭嫌昨晚與友人在台北市喝酒聚餐，一路喝到清晨，卻選擇酒後駕車，從北市要開回烏來區住處，行經中正路263巷口，撞上正在過馬路的廖姓老翁，導致廖翁傷重不治，目前仍在偵訊，訊後將依法移送。
