〔記者沈佩瑤／台北報導〕連接台北市中正區及新北市永和區的中正橋改建工程，昨舉行開工儀式，將分成「蓋新橋、拆重慶南路高架橋、改建保存川端橋結構」三大階段施工，預定2023年4月完工；其中「拆重慶南路高架橋」部分，預計明年春節期間進行。台北市長柯文哲昨受訪強調，將比照3年前拆除忠孝橋引道，以閃電戰方式拆除。
對於外界質疑，工期長達4年，恐成雙北交通黑暗期，台北市工務局昨表示，目前維持原有線道，無論是公車路線或一般通行都不受影響，但在明年春節拆除重慶高架橋後，將從原本可以一路開到和平西路，變成提前至廈門街就下橋，銜接平面道路，與原本走法相比，多了2到3個交通號誌。
