台北地檢署昨天指揮調查局台北市調查處，搜索黃男、許姓建商等人住處等10處地點，並以涉嫌人身分約談黃、許2人，另傳喚建商員工等8人作證。黃姓副處長昨否認違法。
昨晚北市建管處發新聞稿表示，調查局台北市調處在6日上午要求提供中山北路1段24號建築物拆除相關資料，並約詢部分同仁，該處除會全力配合檢調偵辦外，也會針對內部進行調查，釐清有無公務員涉及違失責任。
