海軍金江艦誤射雄三飛彈，造成高雄籍翔利昇漁船船長黃文忠死亡、3名船員受傷，而高雄地院30日判決，金江艦中尉兵器長許博為判刑1年2月、射控士官長陳銘修2年徒刑，飛彈中士高嘉駿則是判決1年6月徒刑，可上訴。對此，海軍司令部發布3點聲明，強調尊重判決結果，而基於維護官兵權益，將提供後續相關法律協助。
海軍金江艦飛彈中士高嘉駿在2016年7月1日執行年度「甲操」測驗前，演練雄三飛彈發射程序，卻不慎誤選作戰模式，接上火線發射飛彈，擊中當時正在澎湖海域作業的高雄籍翔利昇漁船，造成1死3傷，而高雄地院判決則在30日出爐。
對於判決結果，海軍司令部中午表示，此案經高雄地院於30日10時宣判，海軍尊重判決結果；同時，基於維護官兵權益，將提供後續相關法律協助，而本案肇致人員傷亡及財產損害依法已完成國家賠償。
