王品旗下的炸牛排專賣店「乍牛」2月首度跨過濁水溪，進駐新光三越台南中山店後，間隔僅3個月，台南第2店即將在5月11日開幕，也乍牛繼台北復興店、台中新光中港店、台南新光中山店、嘉義垂楊店、高雄新光左營店後，全台第6家店。
陳琮文協理表示，從第一家門店開幕至今，經典菲力牛排定食呈現天天提早完售狀態，主廚選用柔嫩的菲力部位快炸，並結合麵衣酥脆的爽口口感，是店裡的超人氣餐點，這次台南二店便祭出在開幕當日，前50份經典菲力牛排定食半價優惠。
另外，小牛肋排也是二次再訪顧客的必吃選擇，衝上回流客點餐率第一名。每客三支小牛肋排，選自紐西蘭小犢牛，經過獨家特殊手法處理，不同於一般牛肉的厚實肉味，將肋排炸出完美的粉嫩八分熟，口感柔嫩細膩。
