緯創統計，第2季合併營收1938.38億元，營業淨利為14.34億元，稅前淨利為12.65億元，稅後淨利為8.19億元，較去年同期成長33%，每股盈餘為0.31元。
緯創指出，7月筆電出貨150萬台、伺服器出貨15萬台、電視出貨25萬台、桌上型電腦10萬台、液晶顯示器55萬台。8月筆電出貨可望小幅成長，其他產品持平；第3季較第2季整體產品出貨可望持平或小增。
除財務報告外，因應業務發展及策略規劃需要，緯創董事會同時通過緯創資通（中山）有限公司，於不超過1.60億美元額度內擴充產能。
