柯文哲表示，蕭案困擾他3年，他不認為蕭曉玲完全沒有問題，但整個案子處理過程有程序不正義的地方，而評議委員會是市府任命的，投票結果不管喜歡或不喜歡，他只能表示尊重。
話鋒一轉，柯文哲突提到，日前他率團出訪歐洲時，拜訪波蘭前總統華勒沙討論到轉型正義，柯說，應該把訪問的內容整理一下，對外說明一下這個問題（指轉型正義）。
