〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕有「最美董娘」之稱的台新金控董娘彭雪芬，7年前以9千多萬價格購買在台北市中山北路三段的豪宅「德杰FLORA」。週刊報導，由於近期豪宅市場冷颼颼，彭雪芬去年底以不到8千萬元的價格賠售，損失1千多萬元。
據《鏡週刊》報導，彭雪芬在2010年預售時，豪灑9千多萬元買下「德杰FLORA」位於12樓的豪宅，享有公園景觀的82坪戶別，另外還加購2個平面停車位，但卻在去年以7千多萬元認賠售出。
當地仲介表示，剛開始彭雪芬想讓該豪宅以9千多萬元平盤出場，但經過3個多月後都賣不出去，最後只好降價求售，每坪降價幅度高達2成，以7千多萬元拋售成功，慘賠1千多萬元。
台新金控總經理兼發言人林維俊表示，此事屬於董事長夫人個人的投資理財規劃，公司並不清楚也不便評論。
