台北市議員王世堅日前發出「柯黑小卡」，短短一天時間就被被搶完、團隊緊急加印。對此，台北市長柯文哲1日受訪時先是淡淡說，「算啦，這不要理他（王世堅）」，並表示柯黑一定還是有市場。但隨後結束訪問時，柯又補了一槍，「算了，本來開玩笑說，他應該推那個汽車旅館會員卡。」
而下午柯文哲出席Instameet活動，被問到為何會稱王世堅應該出「汽車旅館會員卡」時表示，「不然你看到他會想到什麼？」
據傳柯文哲在中山大同區要力挺現任的林國成、時代力量新人林亮君，目標是要拉下兩大「柯黑」議員王世堅、梁文傑。但1日出席田園城市展時，柯文哲全部否認，他說，「多席次議員的選舉要拉誰上來比較容易，要把誰打下去比較困難，其實我們也沒有再管這種事情。」
柯文哲說，當然有些交情比較好的議員，多跑幾場，那是有，「像林國成這本來就交情比較好，替他多跑幾場是有，要特別去拉下誰，其實我們也沒有這個計畫。」
