位於台北中山意舍酒店1樓的Buttermilk摩登美式餐廳自上次西瓜的絕妙搭配之後,主廚再次翻玩炸雞概念推出新穎吃法,將店內的人氣招牌「美國阿嬤秘方炸雞」搭配特製「可頌鬆餅」。除此之外,還有Buttermilk焦糖布蕾與多道適合夏季品嚐的清爽料理。

而為搶攻女性下午茶市場,餐廳更加碼在女孩們最愛的每日下午茶時段正式推出Mimosa Bar暢飲活動,只要每人680元+10%,即可享受吧檯提供的多樣新鮮水果與軟硬氣泡飲料自由搭配樂趣,自己的特調自己調。

這次新推出的美國阿嬤秘方炸雞配可頌鬆餅,其實是美國流行的傳統鬆餅搭炸雞進化版本,由天然酵母與法國高級奶油製作而成的可頌麵團,經過鬆餅機壓製烘培後,口感較傳統鬆餅輕盈且酥脆。除了翻玩炸雞吃法之外,Buttermilk餐廳這次還推出夏季限定的Buttermilk焦糖布蕾,及選用時令且具營養價值的新鮮無花果入菜。
