〔記者張議晨／宜蘭報導〕警政署最近發布中高階警官人事異動；宜蘭縣有督察長、4分局長人事調動，今上午宜蘭縣警察局舉辦交接典禮，縣長林姿妙監交，勉勵新任督察長、警分局長展現專業，讓宜蘭成安居樂業宜居城市。
宜蘭分局長陳宇桓調陞警察局督察長，南投縣埔里分局長徐章哲調任宜蘭分局長；羅東分局前分局長張沛銘調陞澎湖縣警局主任秘書，礁溪分局長徐俊生則調任羅東分局長。
另蘇澳分局長陳信璁調任礁溪分局長，台北市萬華分局偵查隊長廖韋勝調陞蘇澳分局長，今上午新任、調任人事案統一在縣警局大禮堂統一布達交接。
