警方初步調查，今天凌晨1時許，該路段的交通號誌突然故障，1輛白色轎車在行經時，先擦撞1輛機車，隨後的1輛計程車，也因剎車不及，又撞上去，機車被夾在中間，騎士右腳被夾住當場，機車乘客則僅擦傷。
警消獲報後，馬上跟民眾齊力搬移轎車，救出騎士，送醫救治，至於詳細肇事原因與責任歸屬尚待轄區北市警信義分局交通分隊進一步調查中。
