任職國防部軍情局勤務大隊的21歲梁姓現役軍人，2017年起，屢屢趁同袍不在寢室，偷翻同袍皮夾偷錢，連100元也偷，1個半月來共計16次，總額2萬多元。士林地方法院簡易庭判決拘役50天，得易科罰金5萬5000元，緩刑2年。
根據判決內容，梁姓軍人2015年8月入伍，在軍情局台北市士林雨聲營區服役，卻自2017年6月起，偷遍營區內伙房、寢室等，共13名同袍受害。由於害怕被查緝，每次皆以小額行竊，最少100元，最多4000元不等。
有同袍發現皮夾經常短少現金，但查不出何人所為，直到受害人越來越多，通報營長，由營長報請憲兵隊追查，梁男因而露餡被逮。
法官認為，梁男為貪圖小利，危害社會治安，但考量並無前科，又事發後已立即歸還竊盜所得，與被害同袍道歉，因此共16個竊盜罪，分別判處拘役5天，合併應執行期50天，得易科罰金5萬5000元，緩刑2年，全案仍可上訴。
