台北市內湖區金龍路89號前今天晚間8時許發生一起嚴重車禍，一輛東南客運小巴左轉行經斑馬線時，疑似因視線死角，沒看到正在過馬路的一對爺孫當場撞上，3歲男童與74歲老翁意識不清，送醫前已無生命跡象，緊急送往內湖三總，急救後宣告不治。
經警方初步調查，60歲竇姓駕駛沿內湖路3段59巷左轉金龍路時，疑似因左轉視線死角，撞上正在過馬路的一對祖孫，當時號誌燈為綠燈，公車並無違規，但應優先禮讓行人，目前正調閱監視器畫面。
警方表示，林姓祖孫住在事發地附近，推測應是晚間出來散步，過馬路時不幸遭車輛撞上，兩人一度受困車底，而竇姓司機撞到人後馬上下車查看，經酒測後其酒測值為0，司機供稱，當時左轉時，並未看到祖孫倆。
