〔記者凃盈如/台北報導〕百貨餐飲搶攻暑期商機!入選《2019台北米其林指南餐盤推薦》的橘色涮涮屋,於台北信義店A9館分店宣布最新推出薄切牛舌套餐、西雅圖活生蠔等品項,以海陸極品擄獲饕客味蕾,也是台灣鍋界首度將生蠔納入品項,且推出可生食或乾煎的料理方式,讓不敢吃生蠔的消費者也可以大快朵頤,新品同步於橘色各店上市。

本次推出的「薄切牛舌」,往往是燒肉店常見的品項,如今躍上鍋物食材,讓人耳目一新,「薄切牛舌」一盤約略有40片上下,每一片有4至5克重,涮個七八分熟就可以食用,Q彈嫩脆的口感與鮮甜,滋味獨特,可以單點,也可以搭配套餐點選。品牌表示,本次使用的牛舌來自紐西蘭,經由手工修清後,再切成最適合涮煮的薄度,與燒肉的牛舌濃厚感不同,入鍋幾秒鐘就可品嚐,沾上橘醋醬,將甜度襯托出另一個層次。生蠔方面,則特別挑選西雅圖活生蠔,呈現鮮甜帶脆,不太過濃烈的口感,不沾任何醬汁即鮮美純淨,亦可搭配以冰糖、白醋、柴魚等打造的生蠔醬食用。

橘色涮涮屋本店,已有20年歷史,品牌執行長袁保華提到,在去年於新光三越台北信義店A9館展店之後,帶來不少新客群,約有90%是新客,並且同時帶動了內湖「Extension 1 by 橘色」的業績,據了解,橘色涮涮屋位於新光三越信義店的分店,雖然才七十多坪,面積僅本店一半,但預估一年業績可上看億元,坪效高過本店。
