主打隨借隨還、免停車樁的oBike，在台北市掀起不小的停車秩序問題；儘管市府已有和oBike公司溝通投車必需要點放、考量周邊停車需求等，但針對民眾的騎乘習慣仍是難以管制。有民眾發現，南港高中旁設置給學生停放的腳踏車格被oBike佔據，影響到學生停放腳踏車的權益。
有民眾發現，oBike在南港地區的停放仍問題不斷，更發現有違規停放人行道、佔據單車格、停放在機車格被推倒、籃子被丟垃圾等現象，最誇張的是佔據南港高中整排學生用的單車停車位，排擠到學生停放單車的權益。
對此，北市交通局副局長陳學台表示，目前北市的策略是oBike可以停放在單車格中，而南港高中附近單車格遭佔據應是民眾騎乘到該地停放，而非oBike公司投車所致。他表示，只要有民眾檢舉oBike影響到停車秩序，便會通知oBike公司前來調度車輛。
