除了捐款外，大同訊電公司也將動員其宜蘭、花蓮、台東服務站，免費提供災區家電產品諮詢服務，協助災民度過災後重建的需要。
大同集團指出，農曆年前發生如此強震，對於救難團隊不畏艱難冒險救人的精神感佩萬分，未來將持續為受困民眾祝禱，並希望災民都能盡速安置，與家人團聚，平安過年。
