警方說，今天下午1時許，北市和平東路二段18巷內一處3樓的工地，可能是沒有綁好鐵條，導致鐵條直接掉落地面，剛好插在一輛停放路邊的汽車上。案發後，施工單位已跟車主聯繫上，願意負責與賠償，初步達成和解。
