〔記者郭安家／台北報導〕台北市今上午急降暴雨，民眾向本報投訴，士林北投科技園區開發工程所在的洲美里9、10鄰低窪地區全淹水，甚至水淹至屈原宮前廣場，根據民眾提供畫面，只見現場道路泥水高漲，車輛無法行駛，尤其離現場工地最近的洲美街196巷住戶都快淹到家了。
對此，台北市水利處長陳郭正回應，今早北投降雨1小時高達80毫米，關渡地區也有88毫米，因急降雨淹水，水利處人員也攜帶抽水機到場，發現水已退去，目前洲美或其他高灘地沒有其他災情；氣象預報顯示雨勢已往南漂移，但水利處仍嚴陣以待，視雨勢、河水情況再撤除抽水機。
