新北市一名38歲李姓男子在中和區經營鹹酥雞攤，他日前與附近麵攤的39歲林姓員工因故發生爭執，2人21日晚間7時許相遇，又互看不順眼，先當街互嗆，隨後爆發肢體衝突。林男一氣之下拿出鑰匙往李男頭部猛刺，造成對方頭部穿刺傷，由於傷及重要部位，警方訊後將他依殺人未遂罪嫌送辦，李男則被對方提告傷害。
警方調查，李男經營鹹酥雞攤，林男則為附近麵攤店員工，2人在同一條街上做生意，日前曾發生過爭吵衝突，但到底是為何爭吵，他們則絕口不提。二人21日晚間又在中和區復興街相遇，雙方先是互相叫囂，最後大打出手，嚇壞一旁的路人。
林男情急之下從口袋中掏出鑰匙朝李男頭部猛刺，造成對方頭部穿刺傷，血流不止。中和警分局警員獲報趕抵，當場將2人拉開帶回，所幸李男送醫包紮後無生命危險，警方訊後將林男依殺人未遂罪嫌送辦，李男也吃上傷害告訴。
