〔記者蘇永耀／台北報導〕平面雜誌報導總統貼身隨扈爆不倫戀，總統府首位女性武官陳月芳被直擊與總統貼身隨扈王盈凱在摩鐵過夜，總統府今日回應，此事正由特勤中心與空軍司令部等權責單位進行調查中，若查證屬實，將予從重處分，以嚴明紀律。
今日出版的《鏡週刊》報導，總統府首位女性武官陳月芳（46歲）在8月7日及本月11日，被直擊與總統貼身隨扈王盈凱（34歲），2人均已婚，二度在新北市中和山區一處摩鐵過夜，隔天才退房，2人對周遭警覺性極高，陳女一發現被跟拍，馬上下車拍記者的車牌。
