新北市新莊區中和街與中港三街口13日晚間發生廟會衝突，當日晚間20時許，民眾在臉書社團「黑色豪門企業」中貼出影片，新莊中和街舉辦廟會，活動人員因為無法通過路口，與人發生行車糾紛，現場突然一陣混亂，所幸現場有員警立即發現，呼叫警力支援並上前喝止，優勢警力馬上將兩方壓制，並帶回有關糾紛的3人。
新莊分局中港派出所稍早表示，關於昨晚廟會活動的衝突，事前就有在附近部屬警力，就是擔心會發生事情，發生衝突後警力及時趕到，並未造成更嚴重的衝突，目前除了掌握現場影像外，也帶回3名事件關係人了解衝突情形中。警方也澄清，網傳警方開槍，並無此事，疑似是現場有人燃放鞭炮造成聲響，導致拍攝民眾誤會。
