據了解，被害人將金融卡塞在手機皮套內放在桌上，給了周男可趁之機，警方在他身上搜出手機，周男說，因為身上沒錢，有沒有固定工作，所以才偷手機想變賣，但沒有人願意收。訊後，警方依竊盜罪嫌將周男移送法辦。
警方呼籲，民眾在外活動，務必留意個人物品安全，即便是離開座位，個人的貴重物品也請記得要隨身攜帶，不要因為一時的方便，讓虎視眈眈的歹徒有機可趁，得不償失。
