知法犯法！台北市中正二分局一名陳姓警員昨凌晨0時許為了找女友，酒後騎乘機車前往新北市永和樂華夜市，他因騎車搖搖晃晃，在永平路上遭永和警方攔查。陳員遭攔後，偷偷亮出警察識別證，似乎有意告知自己的員警身分，但拖了一小時仍躲不過酒測命運，最後被測得酒測濃度高達每公升0.5毫克，訊後被依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
警方調查，陳姓員警任職超過20年，在2012年時就曾因酒駕遭攔查被記過。據了解，陳員昨晚休假與友人在永和永貞路吃薑母鴨，席間大約喝了2瓶啤酒，結束後準備前往樂華夜市找女友，但行經永平路時，因騎車搖搖晃晃，遭永和巡邏員警上前攔查，並測得酒測濃度達每公升0.5毫克，依公共危險罪嫌送辦，警方也將對二度酒駕的陳員進行懲處。
