〔記者邱書昱／新北報導〕新北市政府攜手綠能產業共同打造兩座智慧能源社區，永和區的台北菠爾社區、三重區的峰景翠峰社區昨天啟用，導入太陽光電和風力發電「創能」，另有「儲能」、「節能」等智慧微電網系統，使用再生能源並降低尖峰用電，兩處社區每年節電約十四％，換算電價後各自省電約十一萬元。
市府經濟發展局指出，兩處社區都裝設十二．六仟瓦的太陽光電和三．六仟瓦的三支風力發電進行「創能」，「儲能」系統可以儲存六十仟瓦，且每一小時釋放出最大容量五仟瓦，以及三十戶智慧電表及社區能源管理系統的「節能」。
其中，「創能」系統每年發電量高達一萬五千八百度，尖峰時段供應台北菠爾社區廿一％、峰景翠峰社區卅七％的社區公用區域用電；儲能電池每次可儲存六十度電，供台北菠爾社區六小時、峰景翠峰社區十二小時的尖峰用電。
