台北市信義警分局刑警涉嫌為了毒品績效，脅迫毒品假釋犯栽毒品給少年，害少年被裁定保護管束，桃園地院裁定信義分局刑警羈押禁見。
桃園地檢署調查，今年4月間，信義分局兩名刑警佯稱檢察官指示，威脅林姓毒品假釋犯須找2名少年栽陷「持有和施用毒品」，如不配合，將撤銷假釋，林姓男子怕入獄，只好答應。
信義分局兩名刑警提供來源不明的3級毒品K他命，交給林姓假釋犯，用來引誘少年吸毒和持有，林姓男子在新北永和區找到15歲黃姓少年，在公園引誘他吸食ｋ他命，2名刑警馬上出現抓人，將少年移送新北地院少年法庭，害他被裁定保護管束。
