新北市永和區今（5日）凌晨3時許發生砸車事件，丁姓（25歲）與熊姓（21歲）及陳姓（20歲）友人在自家刺青店門口烤肉、喝酒，這時店門口突然有人停放1奧迪汽車與2部機車，由於他們店內之前曾被人開槍尋仇，丁姓等人見狀以為又是仇家上門，馬上拿棍棒上前砸車，共造成1自小客車與2部重機損壞。
駕駛自小客車的李姓駕駛向警方表示，他當時載著3名友人及騎機車王男準備出門遊玩，與對方並不相識，不知道為何會被一群人持棍棒砸車。
警方調閱監視器畫面，循線在永和路一間KTV將動手砸車的丁男等3人帶回。丁嫌到案向警方供稱，之前刺青店就曾遭人開槍尋仇，所以他們敏感度比較高，看到李男將車停在店門口，車上有3名乘客，旁邊還有同行機車，以為又是尋仇者，才會上前砸車。警訊後將丁男等人依毀損罪嫌送辦。
