警方表示，偷竊慣犯王嫌（38歲）因為騎乘偷來的贓車，又未戴安全帽行駛，在道路上見警巡邏心虛逃跑，以為騎乘偷來得贓車棄置後被攔查就會沒事，但警方出示密錄器畫面，讓王嫌百口莫辯，警訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。（突發中心施昂強／新北報導）
