汐止區公所民政課前視導王玉升涉索賄2.3億，一審被判13年徒刑，但高等法院判決大逆轉，改判無罪，檢方可上訴。（資料照）
〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕新北市汐止區公所民政課前視導王玉升，接手祭祀公業業務後被控勾結李姓掮客向祭祀公業保儀大夫管理人蔡宏昇索賄2億餘元，最後拿到4040萬元。高等法院判王女3人均無罪，挨外界批評「恐龍」，週刊爆料承審法官林孟皇「心裡很嘔」。
對於外界批評，高等法院用QA方式回應外界疑惑，解釋為何檢察官起訴不成立。其中問到，「王玉升任職公務員，卻兼差仲介土地買賣並獲得龐大的佣金利益，難道沒有犯錯？沒有任何法律上責任？」高等法院表示，檢察官起訴的罪名不成立，但王明顯違反公務員服務法、公務員廉政倫理規範等相關規定，應受行政懲處或司法懲戒。
高等法院也說明，目前王已經被移送公務員懲戒委員會審理中。
《鏡週刊》報導，林孟皇委屈地說，他認為王女應受譴責，但依法律與證據確實沒涉刑責，他心裡很嘔，自己也為此案加班30幾小時。
