〔記者吳昇儒／新北報導〕國道1號北上8.5公里處，昨（14）日深夜11點左右有輛廂型車故障停在路旁，後方白色休旅車未注意直接撞上去，休旅車車尾往左側偏，後方曳引車閃避不及追撞，這起連環車禍造成休旅車男姓駕駛與廂型車女乘客受傷，暫無生命危險。新北市消防局獲報後，將2人送往醫院救治，詳細肇事原因待警方進一步釐清。
消防隊員趕抵時，趕緊將休旅車約50歲男駕駛救出，他腳部有骨折情形；另外，最前方廂型車年約60歲的女乘客，因撞擊力道猛烈，有胸悶情形。兩人暫無生命危險，送往汐止國泰醫院救治。
