富邦悍將在選秀會選進10人，副領隊陳昭如表示，已開始積極談薪，依去年談薪速度，今年也會很快，與狀元戴培峰已在洽談中。
今年選秀會富邦選了10人，有4位投手、3位捕手、2位內野手、1位外野手，狀元選 戴培峰、第2輪選了王正棠、第3輪選陳品學、第4輪選高中內野手胡冠俞。
對於談合約進度，陳昭如表示，已開始談薪了，與狀元戴培峰也有談過了，但還在初步商談，還沒有最後細節。
陳昭如表示，今年談合約應該也會很快，但有時也會卡在一個環節，所以不敢說會在何時全部談完。
她表示，陳品學與王正棠是下半季即戰力的球員，應該會比較快談完。
陳品學9日到新莊球場，富邦悍將球員看到他都很開心打招呼，歡迎他加入富邦悍將的一員。
